Lone Tree Slough is a shallow, 67-acre lake located three miles southeast of Graceville in Big Stone County. There is no designated boat ramp but access can be gained from 720th avenue through the road right-of-way. Despite periodic low winter oxygen levels, Lone Tree has provided good walleye fishing for many years. Walleye fry are routinely stocked. The 2024 survey showed a moderate number of walleyes with most from 17 to 26 inches. Black bullheads and yellow perch were also present. Most perch were between 5 and 6 inches, but some were over nine inches.
